| Challenge #1: Here we have a windowless bath. The ceiling soffits enclose the space even more. It has a dated and cave-like feel. I wanted to open up the space, to make it inviting. Answer #1: The soffits were removed and larger tile was used on the floor. The replacement toilet is a white sleekline, water conserving model. Art work and accessories to follow! |
|
| Challenge #2: The original tub was small with dated faucets and colors. Answer #2: In its place, we put a contemporary soaking tub with brushed nickel hardware. Larger rectangular tile wraps the tub walls, up to the ceiling. This brings the viewer’s eye up and across. |

Details:Besides the contemporary faucets, we added a waterproof light for brightness and safety. |

| Challenge #3: The vanity and mirror were uninspiring. Answer #3: Beautiful new granite replaced the tile countertop. The soft rectangle sink, singular faucet, stylish mirror and sconces reach a new level sophistication. |
|
| Extra Special:An alder wood cabinet, finished in a sangria stain, compliments the porcelain tile. Something everyone will appreciate: an undercabinet heater. Without using up any floor space, it provides additional warmth, for a truly comfortable bath experience! |
